1- A/C Unit cannot be set below 72 degrees for cooling or more than 70 degrees for heating 2 - I provide an initial kit of hotel sized toiletries, toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, bath, hand liquid soap, a couple of dishwasher and laundry pods, and dish soap. If you need additional supplies, it is the responsibility of the guest. 3- There is an extra fee of $10/day per each guest after 8 guests. 4-Reservation dates modifications are not allowed. 5- Late checkout is not permitted unless previously coordinated with me. Please checkout on time to avoid late checkout fees of $100 per hour late. 6- Heated pool/spa option is available for $30/day, added to the full length of stay. Pool/spa heating service must be requested prior to arrival and it it must be requested for the entire stay. 7- BBQ Grill is available for a $40/week of stay fee. 8- Pets are NOT ALLOWED inside the house, in the event we find out that a pet is in the house the reservation will be terminated and no refund will be given. There will be a fee of $200 per pet. 9- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the house. If guest smokes in the house, the reservation will be terminated and no refund will be given. There will be a fee of $200 for extra cleaning fees. 10- Parties are NOT ALLOWED in the house. 11- For the security of our guests and the property, we have installed the Ring door bell camera. 12- Please no food in the bedrooms. 13- We ask our guests to verify ID prior to checkin. 14- You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims. You understand that the use of the swimming pool and the bunk bed in this house is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with using them. You understand there are potential dangers that the swimming pool and the bunk bed may present to children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from the use of the swimming pool and the bunk bed in the house.
